Our White Truffle Oil captures the delicate, nutty aroma of white truffles from Molise, Italy, steeped in elegant olive oil for a refined finishing touch. Product details

White truffles from the hills of Molise, steeped slow into smooth, cold-pressed Italian olive oil. Where black truffle oil goes deep, this one lifts.

Open the bottle and the aroma reaches first. Honey, garlic, wet hay, a high note of something almost floral. On warm pasta the oil blooms and carries the truffle straight up. The flavour holds bright, then settles. A few tablespoons are all the dish needs.

Best used as a finishing oil. High heat softens the aroma, so add it last. Drizzle over pasta with cheese, mushroom, or garlic. A thread across grilled cod, salmon, or tilapia. Tossed through buttered popcorn with sea salt. Whisked solo as a vinaigrette, or with aged balsamic for depth. Where black truffle wouldn't fit, white truffle oil will.

Serving Recommendations

Use white truffle oil as a subtle finishing note, not the main flavor. Keep caviar well-chilled and serve with a non-metal spoon. Drizzle 1–2 drops of oil on the base (warm potato chip, blini, or buttered brioche), add crème fraîche or cultured butter, then add the caviar last. Avoid drizzling directly on the pearls, and never heat the oil. Pair with brut Champagne or chilled vodka for a clean finish.

How to store caviar - Shelf life - storing caviar

Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your fridge. Unopened tins can last up to 3 weeks. For your reference, please also check the best by date on the back side of each tin in your order. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.
