Serving Recommendations
Serve Royal Ossetra well-chilled and keep the tin over a bowl of ice while serving. Use a non-metal spoon, and taste a small spoonful on its own first to appreciate the mineral aroma and toasted finish. Then serve on blinis, toasted bread, or potato chips with a light dollop of crème fraîche or unsalted butter, finished with chives if desired. Add caviar after cooking and avoid heat to preserve the firm texture.

How to store caviar - Shelf life - storing caviar
Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your fridge. Unopened tins can last up to 3 weeks. For your reference, please also check the best by date on the back side of each tin in your order. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.
