Shelf Life: Keep refrigerated between 0C to +4C until 'best by' date as indicated at the bottom of the box (up to 1 week). Treat like fresh bread, do not freeze.

How to store caviar - Shelf life - storing caviar

Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your fridge. Unopened tins can last up to 3 weeks. For your reference, please also check the best by date on the back side of each tin in your order. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.
