All orders are sent via express delivery to ensure freshness, with a Freshtag monitor verifying the cold chain during transit. How to store caviar - Shelf life - storing caviar

Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your fridge. Unopened tins can last up to 3 weeks. For your reference, please also check the best by date on the back side of each tin in your order. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.

How to eat caviar - pairing options

Caviar is paired nicely on a room temperature blini with a dollop of cream, adding it as the last step over the top.
