This crème fraîche pairs beautifully with caviar, especially when served on our freshly baked, homemade blinis, allowing the delicate salinity and complexity of the caviar to come forward. Shelf Life: Keep refrigerated between 2C to 5C until 'best by' date as indicated on the packaging. After opening, consume within 5 days and for as long as the product looks and smells fresh. Do not freeze.

Serving Recommendations

Serve chilled alongside caviar on freshly baked blinis, allowing the crème fraîche to complement rather than mask the caviar's salinity and complexity. A small dollop is all that is needed. How to store caviar - Shelf life - storing caviar

Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your fridge. Unopened tins can last up to 3 weeks. For your reference, please also check the best by date on the back side of each tin in your order. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.

How to eat caviar - pairing options

Caviar is paired nicely on a room temperature blini with a dollop of cream, adding it as the last step over the top.
