Shelf Life: Keep refrigerated between 2C to 5C until 'best by' date as indicated on the packaging. After opening, consume within 5 days and for as long as the product looks and smells fresh. Do not freeze.

 

Ingredients: Pasteurized cream (Milk), water, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Serve chilled alongside caviar on freshly baked blinis, allowing the crème fraîche to complement rather than mask the caviar's salinity and complexity. A small dollop is all that is needed. Equally suited as a pairing for smoked salmon or gravlax, a finishing touch for warm sauces, or a cool contrast to roasted vegetables. Remove from the refrigerator shortly before serving for the smoothest texture.
